All of our orders are delivered by courier. Once an order has been dispatched, we will inform each customer and provide a tracking number.
Our products are all genuinely Italian, produced in Italy and shipped from Italy. The costs of shipping worldwide from Italy are unfortunately higher than from warehouses in the USA or in central Europe and our charges often do not cover the total price we have to pay.
Our charges are added to each complete order as follows:
Italy: 5.00 euros
Europe: 12.50 euros
United Kingdom: 19.50 euros
Switzerland: 32.00 euros
United States & Canada: 27.50 euros
Australia & New Zealand: 50.00 euros

Each delivery will need to be signed for and depending on the location, some local taxes might apply. In the event of a delivery not being signed for, and consequently being returned to us by the courier, we will refund the purchase price, less the total shipping charges and any import tax due upon the return to Italy.
All orders shipped to the United States are subject to the new U.S. customs regulations (effective August 29, 2025). This means that all imports, regardless of value, may incur customs duties, processing fees, and state sales taxes on arrival. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Our courier, DHL, will contact you when your order arrives in the U.S. to arrange payment before delivery. Please note that these fees are set by U.S. Customs and local authorities, and we have no control over them. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for any such charges. If duties or fees are unpaid and the order is returned, shipping costs and any import duties due upon the return to Italy, are non-refundable.
Following Brexit, all orders shipped to the UK from Europe are required to have UK VAT added at checkout. There may be additional customs charges applied at the destination, based on a percentage of the total value of the shipment. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for any such charges. If duties or fees are unpaid and the order is returned, shipping costs and any import duties due upon the return to Italy, are non-refundable.
