This stunning ballpoint pen was created in honour of the famous spiral staircase at the Gothic Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo in Venice.

The Bovolo spiral staircase is 4.70 metres wide and 26 metres high and is a famous tourist attraction in the city.

The pen is made from finely chiselled bronze, using an age old technique that has been kept alive by a Venetian family for many years. The trim on the pen is also bronze and the ballpoint, as is the clip on the lid.

The Bovolo Ballpoint Pen comes boxed with a certificate of authentication to guarantee that it was made in Italy.
