Everyone loves an Italian olive wood pepper mill, and this one neatly brings tradition into the modern world. The only thing better than a pepper grinder is one that can also be used for sea salt. Our modern olive wood grinder makes this possible due to the components of the grinder being made of ceramics, rather than metal, and therefore making it resistant to corrosion.

The modern pepper mill is made from high quality, ancient olive wood which has a beautiful grain making it look completely different on all sides. Instead of having a rounded top with a metal 'knob' which is unscrewed in order to open the top, it has a modern, angular top which just pulls off. This olive wood grinder gives a pleasing look for a more contemporary environment.

The olive wood grinder comes in three sizes and it is a bonus that you can use this mill for either peppercorns or salt crystals and consequently have a matching set. You could either have both the same size or have a larger one for pepper and a smaller one for salt, the choice is yours.

These olive wood products are hand made and consequently, each piece is completely unique and will vary slightly to the one represented in these photographs.

When your Olive Wood products arrive they will be covered in a coating of olive oil but will soon dry out naturally. It is advisable to coat them regularly with olive oil in order to stop them drying out completely.
